The problem of adaptation to orthopedic constructions remains versatile and not fully understood enough. A set of adaptive reactions of various levels that can be seen as adaptation is the formation of a stable structural trace of adaptation, the full adaptation of its content to the factor that causes dysharmonia. In the process of adaptation, two interrelated components are psychological and functional adaptation.
