Abstract

Establishing a new democratized and modernized society in our country demands to raise a mature generation and a perfect person who has high intelligence, is mentally healthy, free-thinking and independent, and at the same time has a deep sense of social responsibility. After all, the issue of personnel has become the main strategic basis of our national development, one of the priority directions of the development of our independent state at the beginning of the 21st century. Proposals and recommendations have been developed on enriching the worldview of young people in today's globalized world, instilling in them loyalty to the Motherland, a sense of belonging to its development, forming national pride, raising them in the spirit of national and universal values, education of highly qualified specialists who can respond to the sharp intellectual-spiritual competition of the present time, able to make independent decisions, to bring the content of education to a qualitatively new level by restructuring the educational system in democratic and humanitarian directions.
