Abstract

In the current conditions, the requirements for qualified pedagogical personnel are growing throughout the world. The creative educator, who has the capacity to educate young people in the spirit of universal and national values, has mastered the fundamental foundations of science, is deeply armed with modern methods of pedagogy and psychology, has a high level of professional training and has mastered modern pedagogical and Information Technologies, has become a demand for the period [4]. Higher education is faced with urgent tasks such as developing basic mechanisms of integration of education with science and production, introducing it into practice, individualizing reading, independent knowledge, developing and mastering the technology and tools of the distance education system, accelerating the study of students using a modular system based on new pedagogical and information technologies.
